What an amazing time with Sisterhood as we shared on the understanding Boundaries. Most times we as women especially Christians find it very difficult to exercise the word “No” in our vocabulary. This behavior in turn violates our boundaries and we end up becoming people pleasers rather than God pleasers.

In most cases Women have the fear of saying no with the worry of how others may in turn perceive them, being rejected, hurting others feeling or people walking out of our lives. The List is endless

Many thanks to Pastor Lydia who facilitated the Session and took us through creating and understanding boundaries in all areas of our lives be it, Spiritual, Family, Friends, Finances and Work place. Learning when to say yes and How to say No is the first step to taking control in one’s Life. What an experience to finally understand what Boundaries really are.
